This mature exhibtionist sure looks pensive. I wonder what she's thinking? "Where did I leave my pants?" "Is it sexier to show one tit hanging out or should I show them both?" "Will my children or grandchildren discover this one day, and what will I say to them?"

Seriously, when you spend as much time as I do with an image — I'm talking about my colorization work, of course! — you get to wondering about what was going through the person's mind at the moment the picture was snapped. Then, you start trying to imagine the person's back story. This is especially the case with vintage photos, which were made before the era of show-it-all webcamming, and even before Playboy started showing genitalia. What led to her spreading her legs for a camera? Was it money? An insistent boyfriend or husband? Or did she just do it for the naughtiness of it?

Or am I overthinking this stuff?
